How we compare prices
RIDERNIP is an independent search engine for motorcycle gear. It tracks the listed prices we find across Australian stores so riders can compare them in one place.
Where the prices come from
We collect listed prices automatically from retailer product information on a schedule. Depending on the source, collection uses public product pages or an authorised product feed. Some stores are checked daily and others less often. The date beside every price is the date we recorded it, so you can see how fresh it is.
How we know it is the same product
We only compare listings that match by manufacturer part number or barcode. We do not guess from similar product names. That means we show fewer comparisons than we could, on purpose.
What we leave out
We leave out prices that look implausible against the rest of the market, duplicate or abandoned pages on a store’s own site, and listings that have disappeared from that store’s catalogue. These checks help stop an old page or a bad match from appearing to be a bargain.
What a listed price includes
Prices include GST as the store lists it. Delivery is not included. Promotions, coupon codes and member-only pricing may not be visible to us, so always check the store page before buying.
About the images
Decorative photography on RIDERNIP is AI-generated. Product images come from the product catalogue and stores’ own listings; AI-generated images are not used to depict products.
Corrections and removal requests
If you represent a store and spot an incorrect listing or want one removed, send us the store name, page link and what needs fixing.
