The Hyde XT Drystar®XF Jacket is engineered for heavy off-road and/or the dual sport side of the adventure touring category, and features a four-way stretch, single layer waterproof outer shell main construction for the optimum blend of light weight, comfort and wet weather performance. The Hyde XT Drystar®XF Jacket is reinforced with ripstop nylon on the external arms and shoulders for high levels of durability.

KEY FEATURES:

A laminated Drystar®XF (Extra Flow) waterproof and highly breathable membrane delivers excellent wet weather performance while also ensuring the jacket remains super compact and ultra-lightweight. Drystar®XF prevents water penetrating or soaking into or through the shell, as the membrane keep the jacket from getting waterlogged and heavy and protects the rider from the elements as well as prevents windchill, all while simultaneously allowing the fabric to breathe. The Hyde XT is adaptable to the climate, with its long direct ventilation ports on each side at the front and back, zippered air scoops on the forearms, and the Super-airflow panel on the front zipper opening which provides lots of ventilation and breathability when the weather gets warm. Internally, the Hyde XT has a detachable armored inner mesh jacket which is zippered in with Nucleon Flex Plus CE Level 1 rated armor. Since the Hyde XT has a heavier focus and potential for off-road riding, the inner mesh jacket is designed to keep the armor close to the rider’s body for ultimate comfort and protection, eliminating any movement restriction linked to the outer shell and armor interaction when muscling a bike off-road.

PROTECTION:

The inner armored mesh jacket is also completely upgradeable to level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro armor and is Tech- Air® Ready to accommodate the Tech-Air® 5 or the Tech-Air® OFF-ROAD System for the ultimate in rider protection. Extremely versatile, the Hyde XT Drystar®XF also comes with a removable inner armored mesh jacket, allowing the Hyde XT to function as a casual garment when off the bike, or also as the perfect daily commuter jacket. According to European statutory law the CE mark is a conformity requirement for the marketing of this product.
