Constructed from premium AISI 304 stainless steel, the conical muffler body features a distinctive titanium-look finish achieved through a specialized shot-blasting process, delivering a premium appearance with exceptional durability. The lightweight full carbon fiber end cap and carbon fiber mounting bracket further reduce weight while adding a true racing-inspired aesthetic.
Internally, the Factory S utilizes advanced high-temperature-resistant fiberglass packing material capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1,650°F (900°C). This proprietary sound-absorbing material is engineered for long-term durability and consistent acoustic performance, ensuring the exhaust maintains its deep, sporty tone over time.
