Yoshimura YZ250F 2024 RS-12 Stainless Full Exhaust, w/ Aluminium Muffler

Yoshimura's research and development team recognized that the new YZ250F had untapped potential. Both dyno testing and on-track performance indicated room for improvement, prompting the team to optimize the new Yamaha's exhaust system.

Adjustments to the specifications confirmed what the 2024 YZ250F was signaling—the revised RS-12 Signature Series full system delivered a 2.5% increase in max horsepower and a 2.8% increase in max torque over the stock setup. This achievement underscores Yoshimura's commitment to developing and testing each product to ensure peak performance.

The RS-12 muffler boasts numerous features, including the PTF insert system for easy insert changes and an optimized muffler shape that enhances volume and provides additional brake caliper clearance.

• Tapered muffler body inlet design of RS-12 enables the system to be pushed forward thus helping with weight centralization without sacrificing performance.
