The result is a deep, vivid exhaust note that perfectly complements the character of the twin-cylinder engine. Performance is also improved, with gains of +0.6 kW (0.8 hp) at 7,450 rpm and +0.8 Nm at 4,600 rpm, measured on the Akrapovic dyno against a Honda CB500 Hornet fitted with a standard stock system.
